Smart Gates

Southern Cross is now installing Dahua’s turnstile smart gates – an integrated access control system that provides contactless control with the added benefit of a suite of cutting edge, adaptable features.

  • Multiple Authentication Methods:

    Access to the turnstiles can be controlled by real time facial recognition, biometric fingerprint reader, access card, QR code or a combination of these methods – depending on the level of security required at your premises.

  • Safety Features:

    Dahua’s turnstile smart gates are fitted with infrared sensors which provide the additional advantage of stopping the barriers from closing and causing injury to individuals within the turnstile. They may also be programmed to keep barriers open in the event of a fire alarm.

  • Multiple Alarm Types:

    Multiple alarming features such as intrusion alarm, tailing alarm, loitering alarm and alarms for abnormal incidents (such as persons jumping over the turnstiles) may be configured.

  • Customisable Settings:

    The Dahua turnstile smart gates’ settings are both adaptable and adjustable, allowing you to configure an access control system that meets your organisation’s needs. Set your own light and voice prompts, fire emergency functions, entrance memory modes, unlock modes and more.
